All engineering diagrams, 3D CAD models, BIM axonometric illustrations, technical schematics, project photography, brand logos, codebases, and descriptive literature published on meczonetts.com and mesnl.com.ng are the exclusive property of Meczonetts Engineering Services Nig. Ltd. or used under strict contractual authorization.
These materials are protected under Nigerian Copyright Law (Copyright Act 2022), the Nigerian Patent and Designs Act, and international treaties including the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement.
2. Permitted vs. Prohibited Uses
- Viewing and browsing the websites for evaluating engineering tenders and bids.
- Sharing official links to specific pages on social media or via email.
- Downloading designated corporate brochures or public case studies for internal procurement review.
- Scraping, copying, or mirroring CAD schematics or engineering calculation tables.

The trademarks, trade names, and logos of third-party organizations (including Siemens Energy, Chevron Nigeria, TotalEnergies, NLNG, Daikin, Schneider Electric, Carrier) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Meczonetts displays these marks strictly for factual representation of completed projects and certified vendor relationships.
